HEALTH, HOUSING AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 88 of 1992 - SECT 2

2.(1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Part 2 commences, or is taken to have commenced:

   (a)  on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent; or

   (b)  on 1 July 1992: whichever occurs sooner.

(3) Part 3 is taken to have commenced immediately after the commencement of
section 17B of the First Home Owners Act 1983.

(4) Section 45 is taken to have commenced on 1 March 1992.

(5) Part 5 commences:

   (a)  on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent; or

   (b)  immediately after the commencement of the Hearing Services Act 1991;
        whichever occurs later.

(6) Part 6 (other than sections 60 to 64 (inclusive) and section 66) is taken
to have commenced on 1 January 1992.
