HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 147 of 1994 - SECT 4

4. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting "representative; or" from paragraph (e) of the definition
        of

"overseas student" and substituting "representative.";
(b) by omitting paragraph (f) of the definition of "overseas student".
