HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 147 of 1994 - SECT 18

Repeal of section and substitution of new section

18. Section 70 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Report by Minister

"70. Section 119 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting all the figures
and words after 'sections' and 'before to be laid' and substituting '15, 16,
18A, 19, 20, 21, 22, 22A, 23, 23A, 24, 25, 25A, 26, 29, 30, 31 and 32'.".
