HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 147 of 1994 - SECT 17

Repeal of section and substitution of new section

17. Section 58 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Report by Minister

"58. Section 119 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting ", 26, 29, 30, 31
and 32" and substituting "and 27A.".
