HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 147 of 1994 - SECT 15

Amendment of section 53

15. Section 53 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (a) and
substituting the following paragraph:

"(a) by omitting , 26, 31 and 32' from paragraph (b) and substituting or
27A';".
