HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 158 of 1992 - SECT 9

Grants for expenditure for limited operating purposes 
9. Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting "a State in which an institution to which this section
        applies is situated" and substituting "an institution to which this
        section applies specified in Table B in subsection 4(1)";

   (b)  by adding at the end "having regard to the educational profile (if
        any) of the institution".
