HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 158 of 1992 - SECT 6
Proposed institutions
6. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (e)
"the State shall be taken to have paid money to the institution if it" and
substituting "the Minister is taken to have paid money to the institution if
he or she".
