HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 158 of 1992 - SECT 5
References to payments and Acts
5. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (a) and
substituting the following paragraph:
"(a) the Minister is to be taken to have paid money to an institution that is
not a body corporate if he or she has paid money to the body administering the
institution; and".
