HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 158 of 1992 - SECT 4

4. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:

"(1) Subject to this section, in this Act, unless the contrary intention
appears, 'institution' means any of the institutions of higher education
specified in the following Tables:
