HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 24 of 1994 - SECT 21
Disallowable instruments
21. Section 110 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
paragraph (c) "or subsection 36(3)".
