HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING ACT 1988 No. 2 of 1989 - SECT 69

69. (1) Without limiting the operation of subsection 41 (2), an institution
shall give to the Commissioner, if and when required by the Commissioner to do
so, such information in its possession relating to students in relation to
designated courses of study at the institution as the Commissioner reasonably
requires for the purposes of this Part.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to a student in relation to a
course of study in respect of a semester if the student has made a payment in
respect of that course in respect of that semester in accordance with
subparagraph 41 (1) (a) (i).
