Short title etc.

1989) 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Horticultural Export Charge
Amendment Act 1989.
  (2) In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Horticultural Export Charge Act

Commencement

  2. This Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

  3. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting "of the Australian
Capital Territory," after "States,".

Rates of charge

  4. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (2)
"2%" and substituting "5%".
