Home Deposit Assistance Act 1982 No. 40 of 1982 - SECT 65

65. A grant is not payable to a sole applicant or to joint applicants if the
prescribed date, or the date that is the assumed date for the purposes of
sub-section 39 (8), in relation to the applicant or applicants is later than
17 March 1985.
