Home Deposit Assistance Act 1982 No. 40 of 1982 - SECT 47

47. (1) A person whose interests are affected by a decision of the Secretary,
other than a decision under section 34, may, within such time (if any) as is
prescribed, request the Secretary to reconsider the decision.

(2) Upon receipt of the request, the Secretary shall reconsider the decision,
and may affirm, revoke or vary it.
