Home Deposit Assistance Act 1982 No. 40 of 1982 - SECT 46
Review of decisions
46. Where it appears to the Secretary that sufficient reason exists for
reviewing a decision of the Secretary, he may review the decision and may
affirm, revoke or vary it.
