Home Deposit Assistance Act 1982 No. 40 of 1982 - SECT 42

42. The amount of the bonus payable to a sole applicant or to joint applicants
is-

   (a)  where there are 2 or more children in respect of whom an endowment has
        been, or endowments have been, paid or would, but for section 95A or
        95B of the
Social Services Act 1947, be payable to the sole applicant or to one or more
of the joint applicants in respect of the prescribed period-$1,000; or

   (b)  in any other case-$500.
