HOSPITALS AND HEALTH SERVICES COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 211 of 1973 - SECT 9

9. (1) The Commission shall consist of-

   (a)  three full-time Commissioners; and

   (b)  not fewer than four nor more than nine part-time Commissioners,
        appointed by the Governor-General.

(2) The performance of the functions or the exercise of the powers of the
Commission is not affected by reason of the membership of the Commission
falling below seven for not more than 6 months.
