HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1992 No. 204 of 1992 - SECT 9
Certain instruments are disallowable instruments
9. Section 10K of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph(f)
the following paragraph:
"(fa) Orders made under section 10FH;".
