HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 136 of 1992 - SECT 39

39. Section 84 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from the definition of "approved pharmacist" in subsection
(1) "a pharmacist" and substituting "a person";
(b) by omitting from subsection (1) the definitions of "dedicated computer
facilities", "no-benefit prescription" and "status information".
