HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 136 of 1992 - SECT 19

19. Section 20 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted:

"20.(1) There is to be a Managing Director of the Health Insurance Commission.

"(2) The Managing Director is the Commission's executive officer and must,
subject to any direction of the Commission, manage the Commission's affairs.".
