HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 211 of 1991 - SECT 9
Approval of hostels for recurrent funding purposes
9. Section 10B of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(3) the following subsections:
"(3A) The Minister must not approve a hostel under subsection (2) if the
organisation operating the hostel is not an approved operator.
"(3B) The approval of a hostel is subject to the condition that the hostel is
at all times operated by an approved operator.".
