HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 211 of 1991 - SECT 2
Commencement
2.(1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.
(2) Sections 10 and 11 commence on 29 April 1992.
(3) Part 5 is taken to have commenced on 19 August 1991.
(4) Sections 35, 37 and 39 commence on 1 April 1992.
