HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 211 of 1991 - SECT 19

19. After section 10K of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Appropriation

"10KA. Payments to an organisation under Division 4 of Part III or under Part
IIIA are to be made out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is
appropriated accordingly.".
