HOUSING ASSISTANCE ACT 1978 No. 79 of 1978 - SECT 9
Application of moneys borrowed
9. Moneys borrowed under section 8 shall be issued and applied only for the
expenses of borrowing and for the purpose of making payments to the
Consolidated Revenue Fund in accordance with section 10, and the Loan Fund is
appropriated, as necessary, for those purposes.
