HOUSING AGREEMENT ACT 1973 No. 43 of 1973 - SECT 4
Authority to Treasurer to make advances.
4. The Treasurer may, out of moneys lawfully available for the purpose, make
advances to a State in accordance with an agreement executed in pursuance of
this Act by or on behalf of the Commonwealth and that State.
