GRAPE RESEARCH LEVY COLLECTION ACT 1986 No. 64 of 1986 - SECT 9

9. (1) Where any amount referred to in section 8 has been overpaid, the amount
overpaid shall be refunded by the Commonwealth.

(2) Where-

   (a)  an amount is to be refunded by the Commonwealth in accordance with
        sub-section (1); and

   (b)  the amount has been taken into account in calculating an amount to be
        paid into a Research Fund under paragraph 7 (1) (a) of the
        Rural Industries  Research Act 1985 , the amount of the refund shall
        be paid out of that Research Fund.
