GENERAL INSURANCE SUPERVISORY LEVY AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 4 of 1992 - SECT 5
Application of amendment - section 9 of the Principal Act
5. (1) The amendment made by section 4 applies in relation to leviable days
after 30 June 1991.
(2) Regulations made for the purposes of the formula in subsection 9 (1) of
the Principal Act have no effect to the extent to which they relate to
leviable days in the financial year commencing on 1 July 1991.
