GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 105 of 1988 - SECT 31

31. An act or thing done before the commencement of this section by the
Authority under section 55, 57, 58 or 60 of the Principal Act has effect,
after the commencement of this section, as if it had been done by the
Authority under the corresponding provision of Division 3 of Part XI of the
Audit Act 1901.
