FAIR WORK ACT 2009 (NO. 28, 2009) - SECT 707

                   An inspector may exercise compliance powers:

                     (a)  at any time during working hours; or

                     (b)  at any other time, if the inspector reasonably believes that it is necessary to do so for compliance purposes.
