FOREIGN TAKEOVERS AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 14 of 1989 - SECT 9

9. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (3) (a) and substituting the following
        paragraph: "(a) the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory;";
(b) by omitting from paragraph (3) (b) "Australia" and substituting "the
Commonwealth".
