Short title.
FOREIGN TAKEOVERS ACT 1975
No. 92 of 1975 An Act relating to the Foreign Control of certain Business
Enterprises and of certain Rights relating to Minerals.
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, the Senate and the House of Representatives of
Australia, as follows:-
PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the Foreign Takeovers Act 1975.*
