FREEDOM OF INFORMATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 111 of 1986 - SECT 7
Requests for access
7. Section 15 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(1) "make a request in writing to the agency or Minister for" and substituting
", by application in writing to the agency or Minister accompanied by any
application fee in respect of the application, request".
