FREEDOM OF INFORMATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 111 of 1986 - SECT 4

4. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting "a request" from the definition of "request" in sub-section
(1) and substituting "an application"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end the following sub-section:

"(8) For the purposes of this Act, where regulations for the purposes of this
sub-section declare that an application fee is applicable in respect of an
application under sub-section 15 (1) or 54 (1), there shall be taken to be an
application fee in respect of the application.".
