FREEDOM OF INFORMATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 111 of 1986 - SECT 20

20. The amendments made by paragraphs 12 (a) and (b) apply to the remission of
charges in respect of which applications were or are made either before or
after the commencement of this Act.
