FREEDOM OF INFORMATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 111 of 1986 - SECT 19

19. Schedule 2 to the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from Part I "Health Insurance Commission"; and

   (b)  by inserting after the item in Part II relating to the Department of
        the Treasury the following item:

"Health Insurance Commission, in relation to documents in respect of its
competitive commercial activities".
