FREEDOM OF INFORMATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 111 of 1986 - SECT 12

Charge may, in certain circumstances, be remitted in whole or in part

12. Section 30 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (3) (a) "or to a person on whose behalf the
application was made" after "applicant"; and

   (b)  by inserting in paragraph (3) (b) "or a person on whose behalf the
application was made" after "applicant" (second occurring).
