Freedom of Information Amendment Act 1983 No. 81 of 1983 - SECT 29

29. Section 54 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (1) (a) and substituting the following
        paragraph:

''(a) a decision refusing to grant access to a document in accordance with a
request or deferring the provision of access to a document; or'';

         (b)  by inserting in sub-section (1) ''in writing'' after ''apply'';
and

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (4) ''upon a review of a decision in
        relation to the provision of access to a document that is the subject
        of a request''.
