FAMILY LAW REFORM ACT 1995 No. 167 of 1995 - SECT 51
Operation of State and Territory laws
51. Section 114AB of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "70C, 70D" and substituting "68B,
68C";
(b) by omitting from subsection (2) "70C" (wherever occurring) and
substituting "68B".
