FAMILY LAW REFORM ACT 1995 No. 167 of 1995 - SECT 45

45. Section 112AB of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2)
and substituting the following subsection:

"(2) For the purposes of this Part:

   (a)  a residence order is taken to include a requirement that persons act
        in accordance with section 65M in relation to the order; and

   (b)  a contact order is taken to include a requirement that persons act in
        accordance with section 65N in relation to the order; and

   (c)  a specific issues order to which section 65P applies is taken to
        include a requirement that persons act in accordance with that section
        in relation to the order.".
