FAMILY LAW REFORM ACT 1995 No. 167 of 1995 - SECT 14
Request for mediation - request made through court
14. Section 19A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(2)(b) "an approved mediator" and substituting "a court mediator".
