FILM LICENSED INVESTMENT COMPANY ACT 2005 No. 57, 2005 - SECT 9
Minister must determine decision-making criteria and procedures
- (1)
- The Minister must, by legislative instrument, determine criteria to be
applied and procedures to be complied with by the Minister in deciding
whether, and to whom, to grant the concessional capital licence under the
scheme.
- (2)
- The Minister must also determine the weight to be given to each criterion.
