The Minister may, in writing, delegate to:

(a) the Secretary of the Department; or
(b) an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Department;

the Minister's powers under sections 12 and 30 and under subsections 34(2) and 35(4) to ask the FLIC for further information.
