(1)

The concessional capital licence comes into force on the day on which it is granted.

(2)

The concessional capital licence stops being in force:

(a) if the licence is revoked—on the day specified by the Minister under section 33 as the day on which the revocation takes effect; or
(b) otherwise—on 30 June 2007.

(3)

The licence period is the period during which the licence is in force.
