Delegation The Minister may, by instrument in writing, delegate to:

(b) a person holding, or performing the duties of, a Senior Executive Office, or equivalent, in the Department;

the Minister's powers under sections 13 and 30 and under subsection 34(3) to ask a FLIC for further information.
