FILM LICENSED INVESTMENT COMPANY ACT 1998 No. 107, 1998 - SECT 19
Notice of refusal to grant licence
(1) If the Minister refuses to grant an application for a concessional capital
licence, the Minister must notify the applicant in writing of the refusal.
(2) The notice must include the reasons for the decision.
