FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 182 of 1989 - SECT 23

23. (1) Section 123 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(1) (m) "108" and substituting "112AP".

(2) Rules of Court made for the purposes of paragraph 123 (1) (m) of the
Family Law Act 1975 that were in force immediately before the commencement of
this Act have effect, on and after that commencement, as if:

   (a)  they were made for the purposes of paragraph 123 (1) (m) of that Act
        as amended by this Act; and

   (b)  references in those Rules to section 108 of that Act were instead
        references to section 112AP of that Act.
