FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 181 of 1987 - SECT 66

66. Sections 60B, 63F and 66P to 66T (inclusive) of the Principal Act as
amended by this Act apply in relation to children whether they were born
before, or are born after, the commencement of this Act.
