FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 181 of 1987 - SECT 34

34. Section 70B of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraphs (1) (a) and (2) (a) "(including an
        ex-nuptial child)"; and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraphs (1) (d) and (2) (d) "Act" and substituting

"Part".
