FISHING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1984 No. 30 of 1984 - SECT 3

3. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the
following sub-section:

"(4) A reference in this Act to the continental shelf, in relation to the
Coral Sea Islands Territory, shall be read as including a reference to the
seabed and subsoil of the submarine areas within the territorial sea of that
Territory.".
