Family Law Amendment Act 1983 No. 72 of 1983 - SECT 45
Enforcement of maintenance agreements
45. Section 88 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:
''(2) Sub-section (1) does not apply in relation to maintenance agreements
that have been approved under section 87.''.
